Job summary

WW Talents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative to join an on-site, full-time team. You will contact potential business clients via outbound calls, qualify opportunities, and guide them through the sign-up process on our platform.

You will identify needs, engage decision-makers, and present digital solutions while managing a CRM-driven pipeline and targeting personal and team sales goals in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• Proficient English at C1/C2 level.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.
• Strong consultative selling and questioning skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Proven track record in sales and meeting targets.
