WW Talents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative to connect with potential business clients through outbound calls and guide them through sign-up on our platform. You will identify needs, engage decision-makers, present digital solutions, handle objections, and develop new sales opportunities while working a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts.

Compensation includes a €1,000 base and €1,320.67 total fixed gross monthly, plus up to €200

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• C1/C2 level English.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong consultative selling and questioning skills.
• Ability to identify business potential and engage decision-makers.
• Strong communication, pitching, and objection-handling skills.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
