Strong English communication and a passion for tech are essential. You will guide users through features, handle inquiries, and make outbound calls to resolve issues quickly. A day-shift schedule with training leads to a permanent contract, in a modern office near Entrecampos.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear communication.
• Interest in social media, apps and AI.
• Friendly, patient and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Open to rotating day shifts, Monday to Sunday.
• Based in Lisbon or ready to move.

Responsibilities

• Help subscribers with sign-ups, renewals, billing and plan options.
• Guide users through exclusive features and AI tools.
• Make outbound calls to resolve questions faster.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and spot recurring problems.
