Job summary

Quantivos in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an Operations Expert for night shifts to support premium subscriptions and AI services. The role is on-site with rotating nights 22:00–07:00, weekends and holidays.

No prior customer service experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. English at C2 level is requested; you will handle sign-ups, billing inquiries, and technical issues across social media and AI tools.

Qualifications

C2-level English written and spoken required.
Interest in technology, social media, subscriptions and AI.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
Willingness to make outbound calls when required.
Availability to work rotating night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist subscribers with sign-ups, renewals, billing inquiries and subscription changes.
Provide support with account management and technical issues across social media, messaging and AI applications.
Explain premium features, subscription benefits and AI-powered tools.
Make targeted outbound calls to support customer engagement and subscription-related processes.
Identify recurring issues and share user feedback to help improve the service.
Follow established procedures and maintain high service standards.
