Job summary
Recruityard is seeking English-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting project with a leading global technology company in Lisbon. You will provide high-quality English support, assist with subscriptions and billing, and troubleshoot issues across premium digital services and AI-powered tools.
Two full-time shifts (Day and Night) with rotating days off operate in a modern Lisbon office. Training is provided, with health benefits and performance bonuses, plus meal and holiday
Qualifications
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
- Interest in technology, digital platforms, and artificial intelligence.
- Good computer skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support in English.
- Assist users with subscriptions, account management, billing, and renewals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital platforms and services.
- Guide customers through premium features and AI-powered tools.
- Handle customer inquiries and perform outbound calls when necessary.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to continuous service improvement.
