RDN Cons in Lisbon is seeking motivated individuals to join an international customer support team. You will assist customers in English with subscription management, billing, and technical questions related to AI-powered features and social media applications.

This on-site role offers a training program, performance bonuses and a meal card. Ideal candidates have strong English communication, enthusiasm for AI and digital tech, and a customer-focused attitude.

Formación

• Very good written and spoken English (C1 preferred).
• Genuine enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence, social media and digital technology.
• Confidence using online platforms, mobile applications and digital tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in English via digital communication channels.
• Assist customers with subscription management, billing and account-related enquiries.
• Help users understand and navigate AI-powered features and digital applications.
• Support customers using popular social media and messaging platforms.
• Troubleshoot account access issues and common technical difficulties.
• Explain product features and provide clear, practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
