You will handle subscriptions, billing inquiries, and technical questions, working in a multicultural team. No prior industry experience required for training, with performance bonuses and meal allowances; on-site only and relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Interest in AI, social media and digital tech.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in English via digital channels.
• Assist customers with subscription management, billing and account inquiries.
• Explain product features and provide practical solutions.
• Troubleshoot account access issues and common technical difficulties.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Help users navigate social media and messaging platforms.
