Job summary

RDN CONS in Lisbon is seeking motivated English-speaking individuals to join an international customer support team working with AI-powered services and popular social media platforms. You will assist customers with subscriptions, billing and account questions, troubleshoot access issues and explain product features, in a dynamic, technology-focused environment.

This on-site role offers training, performance bonuses, meal allowance, health insurance and 22 days annual leave, with rotating shifts

Qualifications

• Reside in Lisbon and available to work on-site.
• Very good written and spoken English (C1 preferred).
• Enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence, social media and digital technology.
• Comfort with online platforms, mobile applications and digital tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in English via digital communication channels.
