Qualifications

• Very good written and spoken English (C1 preferred).
• Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage, but not essential.
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in English via digital channels.
• Assist customers with subscription management, billing and account queries.
• Help users understand and navigate AI-powered features and digital applications.
• Support customers using popular social media and messaging platforms.
