Qualifications

• Based in Lisbon, Portugal, and available to work on-site.
• Very good written and spoken English (C1 preferred).
• Genuine enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence, social media and digital technology.
• Confidence using online platforms, mobile applications and digital tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in English via digital communication channels.
• Assist customers with subscription management, billing and account-related enquiries.
