Cross Border Talents is seeking a Junior French-speaking Technical Support Specialist to handle technical queries remotely from Portugal. The role includes troubleshooting, basic SQL data queries, and clear communication with customers.

You will join an international team and develop your technical support skills in a dynamic BPO environment, with a quarterly Porto onsite requirement and full remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Native-level French is mandatory.
• B2 level of English or higher is required.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Interest in technology, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability to attend the Porto office once per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to French-speaking customers.
• Investigate and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Use basic SQL knowledge to assist with data queries and problem investigation.
• Identify, document, and resolve technical issues whenever possible.
• Escalate more complex problems to the relevant technical teams.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and technical cases.
• Communicate technical information in a clear and accessible way.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high standard of customer support.
