Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a French-speaking Junior Technical Support Specialist for a remote role with quarterly visits to the Porto office. You will support French-speaking customers, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and use SQL basics to aid data queries in an international setting.

The successful candidate will have native-level French, at least B2 English, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Native-level French is mandatory.
• B2 level of English or higher is required.
• Basic knowledge or practical experience with SQL.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to French-speaking customers.
• Investigate and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Use basic SQL to assist with data queries and problem investigation.
