Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a Customer Support Specialist to join our Lisbon team. You will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, providing post-sales technical support for leading appliance brands.

On-site role in Lisbon with standard hours, 08:00–18:00, Monday to Saturday with one rotational day off. Daily meal allowance and a performance-based bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Native or C2-level Italian with professional English
• Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot using workflows
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email
• Deliver first-class technical support and post-sales assistance for appliance brands
• Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshoot product issues using workflows
• Handle customer inquiries regarding product information, orders, and repairs
• Utilize multiple software platforms during customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal departments
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving
