Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is a native Italian speaker and fluent in English to join our multicultural team on-site. You will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, providing post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for leading appliance brands, following standard workflows.

Work schedule is 100% on-site in Lisbon, 08:00–18:00, Monday to Saturday with Sunday off and one rotational day per week; daily meal allowance and

Qualifications

Native or C2-level Italian with professional English fluency.
Strong customer-centric mindset and communication skills.
Ability to conduct initial diagnostics and follow troubleshooting workflows.
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, if not already residing there.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
Provide first-line technical support and post-sales assistance for appliance brands.
Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshoot issues using standard procedures and guides.
Handle inquiries about product information, orders, and repairs.
Navigate multiple software platforms during customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when needed.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive problem solving and service.
