Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a native Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our multicultural team. You will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, providing post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for leading appliance brands.

On-site role in Lisbon, 08:00–18:00, Monday to Saturday with Sundays off and one rotational day off per week. Daily meal allowance and a performance-based bonus are provided; English proficiency and excellent

Qualifications

Native/C2-level Italian and professional working English.
Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
Deliver first-class technical support and post-sales assistance for appliance brands.
Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshoot product issues using standardized procedures and video guides/tutorials.
Handle customer inquiries regarding product information, order follow-ups, minor repairs, and complaints.
Utilize multiple software platforms during customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal departments when needed.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
