Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, providing post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for leading domestic appliance brands in a multicultural team.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Provide first-class post-sales technical support for domestic appliance brands.
• Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshoot issues using standard procedures.
• Address product information queries, order follow-ups, and complaints.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal departments when needed.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
