Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for 100% on-site work. You will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, delivering post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for leading domestic appliance brands.

Requirements include native Italian (C2) and professional English, strong communication, and the ability to diagnose and resolve common issues. The role offers a daily meal allowance and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

Native or C2-level Italian and professional working fluency in English.
Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
Technical aptitude to conduct initial diagnostics and follow troubleshooting workflows.
Problem-solving, patient, and resourceful in addressing issues.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
Provide first-class post-sales technical support for domestic appliance brands.
Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshoot product issues using guides and workflows.
Handle inquiries about product information, orders, and minor repairs.
Utilize multiple software platforms during customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to internal departments when needed.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
