Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Italian-speaking customers by phone and email.
• Provide first-class post-sales technical support for various small domestic appliance brands.
• Perform initial diagnostics and follow troubleshooting workflows using standard procedures and guides.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding product information, orders, minor repairs, and complaints.
• Utilize multiple software platforms during customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal departments when needed.
