Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is a native Italian speaker with fluent English. You will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, providing post-sales technical support for leading appliance brands, on-site in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Native or C2-level Italian with professional English fluency.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to conduct initial diagnostics and follow troubleshooting workflows.
• Residence in Portugal or ability to relocate to Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Deliver first-class post-sales technical support for domestic appliance brands.
• Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshoot product issues using standard procedures and video guides.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding product information, orders, minor repairs, and complaints.
• Utilize multiple software platforms during customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal departments when needed.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and excellent service.
