Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon to join our multicultural team. You will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, delivering post-sales technical support for leading appliance brands and guiding users through troubleshooting steps.

You must be fluent in Italian and English, enjoy helping customers, and be comfortable learning new software tools. This is an on-site role with daily meal allowance and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Native or C2-level Italian and professional working fluency in English.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct initial diagnostics and follow troubleshooting workflows.
• Proactive, patient, and resourceful when addressing customer issues.
• Location: reside in Portugal or relocate to Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Deliver first-class technical support and post-sales assistance for appliance brands.
• Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshoot product issues using workflows and guides.
• Handle inquiries regarding product information, orders, repairs, and complaints.
• Utilize multiple software platforms during customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal departments when needed.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
