Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Italian to join our on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, delivering post-sales technical support and clear product guidance.

Daily duties include diagnosing issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, handling inquiries via phone and email, and escalating complex cases to the right departments.

Qualifications

• Native or C2-level Italian with professional English proficiency.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to diagnose issues and follow troubleshooting workflows.
• Proactive, patient and resourceful in addressing customer concerns.
• Residence in Portugal or willingness to relocate to Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Provide first-class post-sales technical support for appliance brands.
• Perform initial diagnostics and follow troubleshooting workflows.
• Handle inquiries regarding product information, orders, repairs and complaints.
• Escalate complex issues to internal departments as needed.
