Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is a native Italian speaker with professional English to join our on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, delivering post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for leading appliance brands.

You will diagnose issues, follow established workflows, and guide customers through solutions while maintaining high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Native or C2-level Italian with professional English.
• Strong customer-centric written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct initial diagnostics, follow troubleshooting workflows, and learn new software tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers by phone and email.
• Provide first-class technical support and post-sales assistance for appliances.
• Run initial diagnostics and follow troubleshooting guides.
• Handle inquiries on product information, orders, repairs, and complaints.
• Escalate complex issues to internal departments when needed.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
