Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Italian to join a multicultural team. You will be the first contact for Italian-speaking clients, delivering post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for leading domestic appliance brands.

Requirements include native Italian and strong English, along with a customer-centric mindset and ability to perform diagnostics. 100% on-site work in Lisbon with a calendar including weekdays and some weekend shifts.

Qualificações

• Native Italian with professional English proficiency.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to perform initial diagnostics and follow troubleshooting workflows.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal or reside there.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Deliver first-class technical support and post-sales assistance for small domestic appliance brands.
• Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshoot product issues using standard procedures and video tutorials.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding product information, order follow-ups, and complaints.
• Use multiple software platforms during customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to internal departments as needed.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and excellent service.
