Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development professional in Lisbon to drive new business for EMEA. You will manage a high volume of inbound leads, qualify opportunities for Account Executives, and upsell/cross-sell where appropriate.

The role emphasizes a strong customer focus, cross-cultural collaboration, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence required on Tue–Thu, and the opportunity to grow within a fast-growing customer support platform

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and strong written/verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; SaaS or business internship experience is a plus.
• Able to work in Lisbon office Tue, Wed, Thu.

Responsibilities

• Be a key team member of the sales org driving new business for the EMEA region.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads to qualify high-value opportunities for Account Executives.
• Upsell and cross-sell after initial contact and before passing to AEs.
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment in a multicultural setting.
• Support sales targets and metrics with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
