Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Development professional to drive new business across the EMEA region from our Lisbon office. You will manage an outbound pipeline, engage with startups to enterprise clients, and represent Zendesk’s customer-first culture.

You will collaborate with the sales team to execute regional strategies, demonstrate strong communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for consultative SaaS sales in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Native French and fluent English written and spoken.
• At least 6 months of experience in a sales-related environment.
• Passion to start or grow a career in consultative sales.
• Solid business experience, SaaS sales preferred, curious and customer-centric.
• Self-starter with a winning attitude and hunger to overachieve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferable.
• Able to work in Lisbon office Tue, Wed, Thu.

Responsibilities

• Be a key team member of the sales team, driving new business and delivering on regional strategy.
• Run a busy outbound pipeline of leads and provide top-class customer experience.
• Prospect into cold accounts and new groups within Zendesk customers.
• Generate high-value pipeline through strategic targeting of startups, unicorns, or enterprise clients.
• Actively source new leads using social tools and showcase Zendesk’s culture.
• Aim to overachieve targets and metrics.
• Be the face of the brand with a strong customer focus.
