Zendesk is hiring a Business Development Representative (German Speaking) in Lisbon, Portugal. Join a high-energy sales team to drive new business across EMEA, focusing on outbound prospecting, building a robust pipeline, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires native German, fluent English, and at least 6 months in sales. A BA/MA is preferred, with hybrid work in Lisbon (onsite Tue-Thu). You will be part of Zendesk’s dynamic culture and growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Native German and fluent English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 6 months in a sales-related environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of the sales team and drive new business for your region.
• Manage a busy outbound pipeline and deliver top-class customer experience.
• Prospect into both cold accounts and new groups/divisions of existing customers.
• Generate high-value pipeline through strategic prospecting into startups, unicorns, and enterprises.
• Show creativity and maintain a high standard of customer-focused execution.
• Aim to overachieve on targets and be the face of the Zendesk brand.
