Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• 1+ years of software/SaaS sales experience.
• Willing to work in-office 3 days per week.
• Ability to learn Zendesk products quickly.
• Strong multitasking and organization in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers through chat and email.
• Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates
• Become an expert on Zendesk products
• Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions
• Conduct discovery calls, provide demos and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including but not limited to: ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity.
• Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis
