Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Sales Development professional to drive new business across the EMEA region, with a focus on outbound prospecting and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires native French and fluent English, plus at least 6 months in a sales environment, with a passion for consultative SaaS sales.

Based in Lisbon with a hybrid schedule, you will engage startups to enterprises, build high-value pipelines, and help Zendesk maintain its world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Native in French and fluent in English (spoken and written).
• At least 6 months of experience in a sales-related environment.
• Passion to start or continue a career in consultative sales.
• Solid business experience (SaaS sales preferred), customer-centric.
• Can Do / Winner attitude, with hunger and self-starter commitment to overachieve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferable.
• Ability to work in Lisbon office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities
