Job summary

Zendesk in Lisbon is seeking a Sales Development Representative who is fluent in German to help drive new business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will manage a high volume of inbound leads in our CRM, qualify high-value opportunities, and set the stage for Account Executives.

The role supports a hybrid work model with in-office days in Lisbon and collaborative, fast-paced team dynamics. You should bring a proactive, self-starter attitude, strong written and verbal communication,

Qualifications

• German fluency is required.
• Experience in consultative sales is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset and curiosity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of the sales team, driving new business and delivering on regional strategy.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads in CRM, qualifying high-value opportunities for Account Executives.
• Use strong communication to upsell and cross-sell before passing to AEs.
• Maintain a proactive, self-starter attitude and meet targets and metrics.
• Be the face of the brand, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
