Zendesk is seeking a motivated Digital Inside Sales Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and help them with Zendesk products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience, excellent communication skills in English and another language such as Dutch or German, and a real passion for technology. This position requires a hybrid work arrangement, working in the Lisbon office part of the week.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a software or SaaS company.
• Real passion for Zendesk technology and a quick ability to learn tools and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries.
• Conduct discovery calls and provide demos.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs for productivity.

Conhecimentos

Excellent communication skills in Dutch, German, Arabic or French

Excellent communication skills in English

Experience working with clients or prospects

2+ years of sales experience

Outstanding organizational skills
