Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers in the travel and airline services sector. You will handle inquiries in Italian and English and provide clear information following service procedures.

You will investigate requests, resolve issues, and record details to keep documentation accurate. On-site in Lisbon, relocation support is available for this role, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive monthly pay.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian and proficient English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-service experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades
