This role requires fluent Italian, C1 English, and the ability to learn and manage large amounts of information. It involves 24/7 rotational shifts and onsite work in Porto, Portugal, with accommodation support available during

• Fluent verbal and written Italian.
• C1 level of English.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support more than one market when required.
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures.
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally.
