You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotational environment.

The role requires fluent Italian and C1 English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and readiness to learn and manage large information sets; relocation and accommodation support

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian spoken and written.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to learn, retain, and manage large amounts of information.

Responsabilidades
