Cross Border Talents is recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in Portugal. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support across multiple channels and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Candidates must be based in Portugal (Porto preferred) with EU citizenship or Portuguese residence/work authorization. Fluent Italian (C1) and English (B2) are required, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

This opportunity is open to candidates who are currently based in Portugal (Porto is highly preferred) and are eligible to work in Portugal.

What You Will Do

Requirements

• Italian Language communication skills required (C1 level or above)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
