Freedom Recruitment is seeking Italian-speaking customer support specialists to join our international service operations in Portugal. You will assist Italian-speaking customers through inbound calls, live chat, and email, handling order updates, account management, billing inquiries, and service details.

You will troubleshoot platform issues, resolve inquiries efficiently via CRM tools, and maintain empathetic, professional communication to drive CSAT and loyalty.

Formación

• Native or near-native Italian (C1/C2) with good working proficiency in English (B2).
• Experience in customer-focused roles across multiple channels is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries accurately using CRM tools.

The Role

• Customer Advisory: Assist Italian-speaking customers via inbound phone calls, live chat, and email regarding order updates, account management, billing inquiries, or service details.

Working Model & Location

• Location:Remote from Portugal
• Schedule: Standard rotational operational shifts (40 hours per week).
  

Relocation & Onboarding Support

• Accommodation Provided: Company-allocated room or apartment (with rent and utility assistance included) for candidates moving to Portugal
  
• Flight Reimbursement: Initial flight ticket to Portugal reimbursed after successful completion of the probation period.

Requirements
