BlueView Talent in Portugal is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact across phone, email, chat and other channels. You will deliver professional, personalized support on orders, accounts, products and services, guiding customers from initial inquiry to resolution with a friendly, solution‑driven approach.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and possess strong analytical, creative and communication

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
