You will handle inquiries about orders, accounts, products, and services, ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to resolution.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian and English, with strong analytical and communication skills, and available for onsite work in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portugal residency required.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, products and services.
