RECRUITERS in Portugal seeks an Italian-speaking customer service professional to handle inquiries from customers and partners across channels. The role is located in Carcavelos with on-site presence required two days per week.

You will upsell during exchanges, log cases, and support self-service adoption while ensuring quick, courteous resolutions. Benefits include health and life insurance, and strong training for career growth.

Formación

• Fluent English with strong speaking and writing skills.
• Experience in customer service, office, call center or over the phone is a must.
• Customer service experience, preferably in call centers or B2B support.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the customer and upsell during exchange and order processes.
• Handle incoming contacts via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Provide professional service to help customers and partners become more self-sufficient.
• Record details of customer and partner contacts and track actions on each case.
• Research answers within company policies and identify improvement areas.
• Handle complaints effectively to meet instant satisfaction.
• Keep partners informed of latest innovations to boost engagement and satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

• Fluent English – strong speaking and writing skills.
• Experience in customer service, office, call center, over the phone and f2f - is a must
• Customer service experience (preferably in call centers) or B2B support experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your role will include

• Support the customer and work on upsell during exchange and order process.
• Effectively manage incoming contacts from customers & partners by any channel: phone, e-mail, chat, social media.
• Provide a professional service to support customer & partners to be more self-efficient.
• Record specific details of customer & partner contacts & ensure actions taken on each and every case.
• Research answers or solutions as needed within our policies & help to identify improvement areas.
• Effective complaint handling to meet instant satisfaction.
• Ensure Partners are aware of the latest innovations as a means to driving partner engagement and satisfaction
