Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking customer service agent to represent top international brands onsite. You will greet customers, respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and ensure a superior service experience.

Ideal candidates have Italian language proficiency (C2) and a good command of English (B1). Full training is provided, and eligibility to work in Portugal is required. The role includes a supportive team environment and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Italian speakers to join our vibrant team onsite in Lisbon. In this role, you'll be the frontline voice representing top international brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.

What You'll Do

• Provide accurate product/service information, resolve questions, and ensure customer satisfaction

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency in Italian (C2) and a good command of English (B1)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Full training provided!
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skillsYou must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work onsite in Lisbon
• Accepted documentation: EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or suitable Visa (under consultation)
