Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor to respond to inquiries from people who have shown interest in our products and services. You will understand needs, qualify leads quickly, and guide customers toward a purchase with honest, helpful advice.

You will identify upselling opportunities that genuinely benefit the customer and record every lead status in our CRM so follow-ups are never missed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional sales experience.
• Fluent English at C1+ level.
• Ability to handle objections without pressure and close deals.
• Willingness to rotate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from prospects who showed interest in products and services.
• Qualify leads quickly and guide customers toward the purchase decision.
