Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Outbound English Sales Advisor to join its sales team, focusing on identifying and engaging potential business clients in the English-speaking market. You will reach out to new clients via outbound calls, guide them through the sign-up process, and create a positive, consultative sales experience.

This role requires fluent English, strong cold-calling skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers; training is provided and a Portuguese contract

Qualificações

• Fluent English (C2) communication required.
• Cold calling experience is mandatory.
• Experience with consultative selling is essential.
• Strong questioning and discovery skills are required.
• Ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and digital media is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contact and engage potential new clients through outbound calls.
