Finastra, a leading financial services software provider, is hiring a Business Development Representative in Lisbon. You will bridge Marketing and Sales, qualifying leads and developing relationships with potential customers to drive opportunities.

The role emphasizes inbound/outbound outreach, collaboration with Marketing, and staying current with industry trends. Offers hybrid work arrangements and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound and/or outbound B2B phone marketing or sales.
• Track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals.
• Account management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Work closely with the marketing department to ensure messaging is distributed to clients.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and company products and services.
• Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed.
• Participate in training programs as directed by manager.
• Maintain sales forecasting data in sales reporting system.
• Report to Business Development Manager on sales results.
