Zendesk is seeking a proactive Sales Development professional to drive new business across EMEA from our Lisbon hybrid office. You will manage an outbound pipeline, engage startups and enterprise prospects, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months in sales, a customer-centric mindset, and fluent English. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferable, with availability to work both onsite and remotely part of the week.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales-related environment.
• Passion to kick‑start or continue a career in consultative sales with a customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferable; English fluency is required.
