Zendesk is seeking a Sales Development professional to fuel our EMEA growth. You will drive new business, manage an outbound pipeline, and prospect into both cold accounts and new segments within existing Zendesk customers.

Fluency in German and English is required, with Polish or another CEE language as a strong plus. A minimum of 6 months in a sales-related role and a self-starter attitude are essential. This hybrid Lisbon-based role offers dynamic collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Native German and fluent English (spoken and written).
• 6+ months experience in a sales-related environment.
• Passion to start or continue a career in consultative sales (SaaS preferred).
• Strong business sense, customer-centric mindset, and a 'winner' attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Be a key team member of the sales team, driving new business in EMEA.
• Manage a busy outbound pipeline and provide top-class customer experience.
• Prospect into cold accounts and new groups within Zendesk customers.
• Generate high-value pipeline through startup and enterprise targeting.
• Sustain a proactive, creative approach to lead generation using social tools.
• Aim to overachieve targets and represent the Zendesk brand professionally.
• Be the face of the brand with outstanding customer experience.
