Zendesk, the world’s leading Customer Support Platform, is growing its EMEA sales team in Lisbon. You will drive new business, qualify inbound leads, and collaborate with Account Executives to maximize opportunities. A strong focus on customer experience and a proactive, self-starting attitude is essential.

The role requires Spanish language proficiency, a relevant degree, and a willingness to work in our Lisbon office part of the week in a hybrid setup. Prior SaaS sales experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
• Experience in SaaS sales is a plus but not required if you have relevant internships or degrees.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business and execute regional sales strategy.
• Qualify high-value inbound leads in CRM and pass opportunities to Account Executives.
• Upsell and cross-sell using strong communication skills.
• Be the brand ambassador and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
