Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Digital Sales Representative to accelerate online conversions and deliver exceptional customer experiences from our Lisbon office.

You will become a Zendesk product expert and drive value during discovery calls and product demos, supporting both new and existing customers in a fast-paced environment. The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, SaaS exposure, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English communication.
• 1+ year of sales experience; Software/SaaS experience preferred.
• Hybrid: Lisbon office 3 days per week, with remote work part of the week.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and existing customers via chat and email.
• Conduct discovery calls and provide product demos to showcase Zendesk value.
• Help customers understand Zendesk products and become champions.
• Meet or exceed SLAs, KPIs, and revenue targets on a weekly basis.
