Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and personalized support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services. You will handle phone, email, chat, and other channels to ensure a smooth experience from first contact to resolution.

You will respond with accurate information, record interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Hebrew (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive; eager to learn and grow in the Travel field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
