Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist who speaks Spanish and English to support users across email, chat, phone and social channels from first contact to final resolution.

You will troubleshoot issues, assist with account access and billing, record cases accurately, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency while maintaining a professional, empathetic tone.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in Travel.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver responsive and professional assistance across multiple communication channels.
• Support users with account registration, password recovery, billing queries, and identity verification.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns while keeping customers updated on progress.
• Maintain a respectful, solution-oriented tone in every exchange.
• Accurately record and manage cases following internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and service efficiency.
