Responsibilities

Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
Assist customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and relevant information.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively.
Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to support continuous process and service improvements.
