Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across orders, accounts, products, and services via phone, email, chat, and other channels.

You will deliver professional, personalized support in Hebrew and English, document interactions, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to a smooth, positive customer journey. This onsite role includes relocation assistance and health coverage.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Hebrew (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented and proactive mindset for the travel field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
